Cancellation & Refund Policy
For digital products and services delivered by Tektolabs, cancellations are only accepted before delivery of software licenses or activation of services.
Once the product or service has been delivered, we do not provide refunds except in cases where the product is defective, not as described, or technical issues prevent access. Customers must contact basheeer.kalliyath@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a review.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For physical products (if applicable), standard return and refund procedures apply as communicated during purchase.
